CHELSEA'S TRANSFER WINDOW RATED - HAVE WE IMPROVED OUR SQUAD?

Chelsea's Transfer Window rated asking YOU the question: "Have we improved our squad?" This is based on what we had at the beginning of the window and is an extended video giving in-depth analysis here on the channel.

The summer transfer window is over and sitting here right now, looking at all the players that have left the club either on loan or on a permanent basis, to those that the club has broken all transfer records to sign, I believe that we have improved our squad with options to change formation this season.

In the video, I compare a like-for-like replacement in each position that we needed to strengthen and give my verdict.
