Reece James is set to return to Chelsea first-team action in time for the Blues' FIFA Club World Cup campaign at the start of next month, according to reports. The 22-year-old defender has been missing since the end of December after picking up a hamstring problem during a 1-1 draw at Brighton. And according to The Athletic, James will return to first-team training in just under a fortnight as he looks to put his recent injury woes behind him.

 
Juventus have made another approach for Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, according to reports in Italy. Juventus were previously linked with Jorginho during Maurizio Sarri’s time in charge of the Old Lady. According to Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport, Juventus remain interested in signing the Italy international.

 
Everton are interested in Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek but Thomas Tuchel has been keen to keep him at Stamford Bridge. The 25-year-old English midfielder has played 20 matches this season for the Blues and provided three assists, two of which came in the Premier League in October. The midfielder has scored 12 goals in 102 appearances for the Blues since making his first-team debut in 2014.
