CHELSEA 2-0 NEWCASTLE | KEPA CLEAN SHEET & WERNER GOAL DOUBLE | GOOD OVERALL BUT SOME CONCERNS.

Chelsea 2-0 Newcastle in the Premier League last night with goals from Olivier Giroud and Timo Werner takes Chelsea back into the top four.

 
It was a good overall performance from Chelsea for an all-important win having seen our rivals drop points at the weekend. An outstanding first half with two goals scored (it could have been more), Chelsea started poorly in the second half with Newcastle stepping up their press and it's something we need to work on going forward.

 
For the final thirty minutes of the second half, Chelsea was back in control and but for that final pass, we could/should have scored more.
