Welcome to the latest Chelsea news update on my channel and today is another packed edition featuring Hakim Ziyech, Timo Werner, Tammy Abraham, Mason Mount, Frank Lampard & Olivier Giroud.  

Hakim Ziyech's performance at the weekend against Sheffield United with two assists and six chances created earned the MOTM award and rightly so. He was outstanding and we are beginning to understand just how special he is. Timo Werner has scored five goals from his last six shots on target which is an incredible record. Tammy Abraham was over the moon to be back in the first team and has spoken positively of having competition for places at the club this season. Mason Mount has also spoken of the new arrivals and how he is relishing the battle for a first-team place this season and has praised Hakim Ziyech calling him world-class. Frank Lampard has spoken of our good form, the time that is needed for the players to gel and create new relationships and has stated that he isn't getting carried away with our recent results. There is also an update with Olivier Giroud would could find his lack of involvement this season so far as a catalyst to move away in January as he looks to maintain his place in the French team for Euro2021.
