The most successful period in our history is OVER. Frank Lampard and Chelsea are trying to build a new era and IT TAKES TIME!
We've got to cut out stupid individual mistakes because you get punished in the Premier League. There is a real lack of defensive confidence within the team at the minute and we need to find a solution quickly. Also, a real lack of leaders with voices to organise and dictate on that pitch. We are great going forward. A shambles at the back.
