Today's video is my take on Chelsea 3-3 Southampton from Saturday having taken so time out to get my head around what happened at Stamford Bridge.
We've got to cut out stupid individual mistakes because you get punished in the Premier League. There is a real lack of defensive confidence within the team at the minute and we need to find a solution quickly. Also, a real lack of leaders with voices to organise and dictate on that pitch. We are great going forward. A shambles at the back.
