Welcome to today's Chelsea Daft Vlog, there is plenty to focus on in this catch-up episode - my first video for a few weeks.
David Luiz - Reinvigorated under Maurizio Sarri and a new contract on the horizon.
Ross Barkley - Excellent so far despite a quiet game against Palace at the weekend. Has credited Maurizio Sarri for his improvement and has aimed a dig at Everton for lack of coaching his is now getting at Chelsea!
Xavi - "Chelsea Spectacular!" - Nice words from the Barcelona legend.
RLC - Ruben talks of how happy he is at Chelsea learning everyday from Sarri and that competition for places at Chelsea is good!
Victor Moses - Unfortunately out of contention behind Zappacostas as the replacement for Azpi - could be looking to leave in January?
Cesc Fabregas - Possible move in January? Has talked of his playing time being restricted to Europa League and League Cup this season so far. However, he will not rush into any decision as he is happy at Chelsea.
Defensive issues at Chelsea? - Sarri talks of the need for the whole team to improve without the ball. I am concerned ahead of City with the Jorginho/Kante positions.
Chelsea 3-1 Crystal Palace - A good win eventually. Two more for Morata and Pedro with the third (match report here - https://www.chelseadaft.org/2018/11/chelsea-3-1-crystal-palace-instant.html )
Alvaro Morata - New found confidence, scoring goals and has stated he has more chances to score this season BUT it's all about the team winning first and foremost.
