Welcome to my Vlog today focusing on the stories and articles that have caught my eye over the past week - Roman Abramovich, Mateo Kovacic, David Luiz, Danny Drinkwater and Toni Rudiger.
Roman Abramovich to sell to the club for £3bn? Two people in the frame - Chelsea fan Sir Jim Ratcliffe and now an American Owner of the Seattle Seahawks? Does Roman want to sell? I seriously hope he doesn't but if he does - then we cannot thank him enough ever for what he has done for Chelsea.
Mateo Kovacic - Under the radar, possibly the signing of the season and will prove to be exactly that with the immense talent that he has. He can attack, defend, he's too footed and pacey - Check out my article here - https://www.chelseadaft.org/2018/09/mateo-kovacic-finding-his-feet-and.html
David Luiz - Brought in from the cold under Sarri and playing with discipline he is outstanding. It's when he doesn't that we have problems. There is obvious love for him from Sarri who believes he is a better player than he first thought.
Danny Drinkwater - Offered the chance to leave Chelsea on loan but turned it down. Wants to stay and fight for a place here which is excellent news as he is a good player. You take N'Golo Kante out of our midfield - who else can tackle?
Michy Batshuayi - Respects and loves Chelsea - has no intention of leaving the club on a permanent basis - doing well well again this year on loan. Could he score against United?
Toni Rudiger - Outstanding so far this season and calling on his team mates to help lift the burden of goals from Eden Hazard.
So there you go, that's today's Vlog - What do you think about my point of view on the players featured? Post your comments below!
