Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Tammy Abraham are being targeted by newly promoted side Brighton with manager Chris Hughton looking to bolster his squad for their first top flight league campaign in 34-years.
For RLC it's been a disappointing season at Stamford Bridge under Antonio Conte having started only four games all season with none of those being in the Premier League. Having made good progress last term, he has found his options limited and according to reports, has become more than frustrated at his lack of opportunities.
It's clear that he 21-year old is a fantastic talent with outstanding ability but as with anyone who isn't given a chance or at least a sustained period of time in the first team, they need a run of games to settle into Premier League life playing in the hardest league in the world.
Brighton coming up would give him the chance he is looking for and you would have to believe that he would given the chance to start week in, week out to prove to everyone that he can make it.
I would agree to a loan move for him in the Premier League if he asks for one this summer as it would benefit all parties in my view. If that's Brighton then so be it, it's clear he needs games.
Tammy Abraham has taken his chance in the Championship with both hands and what an impact he has made at Bristol City. Named their player of the year and young player of the year, scoring 23 goals in the Championship this season, he has quite literally made a lot of people up and down the country sit up and take notice.
There are various reports doing the rounds at the moment with reported interest from the likes of Arsenal being discussed as Chelsea prepare to offer him a new contract which would double his wages to £50,000 per week.
Whether Chelsea would be willing to cash in on him is another thing as I honestly believe that he is earmarked for our first team in two or three years time, if not sooner if he is given the chance to go out on loan in the Premier League to see if he can make his mark.
Brighton are keen admirers and would be happy to take him for a season to cement their place in the league with his goals because take it from me, no matter where he plays, this boy will score.
If Arsenal came in for him and he has told in no uncertain terms that the first team is a long way off on the horizon, then I dread to think what would happen.
A loan move to Brighton would be a good move for all parties concerned.
What do you think of both players, their chances next season and a possible loan move in the Premier League?
As a Brighton fan would take either or to be honest, but probably Abraham over Loftus-Cheek.
