Thibaut Courtois linked with Real Madrid switch in the summer again.

The future of Thibaut Courtois has become the subject of speculation from the Spanish Media outlet Marca once again who are reporting that he is to move to Real Madrid in the summer.

It's not the first time that the big Belgian Goalkeeper has been linked with a return to La Liga but this time it's with Atletico Madrid's city rivals Real Madrid. This report in The Telegraph also goes on to state that he has told players that he will be leaving to join the Spanish giants.

I am not surprised that he is being linked with a move because lets be honest, he is world class and compared to the Goalkeepers they currently have, he is far better so it's only natural that the biggest clubs want the best players.

If anything, I thought that he would be leaving Chelsea last summer but to all of our surprise he decided to stay after talking with Antonio Conte and has had a better season than last term so far.

We will have to see what happens towards the end of the season as to what happens with Courtois. He continues to give interviews denying any knowledge or intention of a move but I am not so sure. If they come calling and offer big money Chelsea may be inclined to sell up with someone like Joe Hart who is deemed as surplus to requirements at Manchester City as a possible replacement.

It's far to early to talk about any possible moves in the summer as there is still half the season remaining but I expect plenty more speculation linking Courtois to Real Madrid to follow.
