Chelsea host Paris Saint-Germain at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday evening in a scenario that will be all too familiar for Blues fans.
With an away goal in hand thanks to John Obi Mikel, the home side have a decent shout of progressing to the quarter finals. A 1-0 win would be enough for Chelsea to go through, but if the Ligue 1 side find the net, things become far more complicated.
A goal for PSG at Stamford Bridge would mean Chelsea need to score three goals in order to win on aggregate and avoid the lottery of a penalty shootout.
In terms of personnel, the Blues are well-equipped to get the job done. Guus Hiddink's squad is blighted by numerous minor injury concerns, though the Dutchman will be grateful John Terry is the one major absentee for the Londoners.
His opposite number, Laurent Blanc, could be without key midfielders Blaise Matuidi and Marco Verratti, although there's hope the pair will be able to play some part in the second leg.
Paris Saint-Germain Team News
Blanc could be forced to ask Marco Verratti and Blaise Matuidi to play despite their injury doubts considering the magnitude of this fixture. Fullback Serge Aurier remains out of action for the time being as a result of his social media misconduct prior to the first leg.

Paris Saint-Germain Starting XI Prediction
Trapp | Marquinhos, Silva, Luiz, Maxwell | Motta, Matuidi, Verratti | Di Maria, Lucas | Ibrahimovic
Previous Meetings
PSG 2-1 Chelsea (Champions League, February 2016)
PSG 2-2 Chelsea (Champions League, March 2015)
PSG 1-1 Chelsea (Champions League, February 2015)
Chelsea 2-0 PSG (Champions League, April 2014)
PSG 3-1 Chelsea (Champions League, April 2014)
Chelsea 0-0 PSG (Champions League, November 2004)
Score Prediction
This is undoubtedly our biggest game of the season. With qualification for next season's Champions League all but over the hill, this year's competition is our last chance to book a place among Europe's elite for the 2016-17 campaign.
John Terry is a huge loss given the importance and inherent pressure of this fixture, but I believe we have enough quality and solidity within the squad to find a way past PSG.
Hiddink should opt for more of the sam win terms of his starting XI. However, in my eyes, partnering John Obi Mikel and Nemanja Matic in the two anchoring positions is an absolute must for this clash.
I think we're well placed to snatch a classic 1-0 win. What are your score predictions?
