Chelsea worried about relegation clauses - Really??

Over the New Year break there has been plenty of reports that Chelsea are "worried" about the fact that none of their players on big money have relegation clauses in their contracts and it could cost them millions if we go down!

ARE WE BEING SERIOUS!!?? Chelsea ARE NOT going to go down and any talk of such is quite simply a joke. Yes we have been poor this season, Yes we have players that have underperformed and yes this had led to Jose Mourinho being sacked for the second time but we are still only half way through the current season!

There is still so much for us to play for and time for Chelsea to regroup under Guus Hiddink and concentrate our efforts on picking up wins week in, week out which is something that with the quality we have, we are more than capable of.

We should if anything be more concerned about the fact that we will be without Champions League football next season with plans for the new Stadium going ahead!

I will say this on the record now - Chelsea WILL NOT be relegated.
