I have had my say on Remy at Chelsea and being honest, it comes as no surprise that he is on his way. He has always had to play second fiddle at Chelsea and throughout Chelsea's struggles for goals in the early part of the season, Remy could not force his way into the managers plans.
Don't get me wrong here, Remy has scored some goals for Chelsea including some important ones but apart from that, I believe this is a good deal for us.
So what of Remy's move to Leicester? Well he could face the same problem as he has had to face here with Jamie Vardy having a fantastic season so far. Claudio Ranieri does like to play with two up front so I wonder if Remy can force his way into the manager plans and form a partnership with him?
The positive here is that Chelsea have made a small profit on Remy having signed him for a fee of £10m 18 months ago. I just wonder if anyone else will come in for him before the deadline?
