Come on, let's be serious now! I know I have advocated the firing of Jose, but for Juande Ramos to be his interim replacement begs disbelief. Out of work since 2014 and his successes so deeply rooted in the past, how can he seriously be considered - except for the fact that he is immediately available. God, Rafa was bad enough and Avram, sort of ok, but Ramos. The question is, if the trigger is pulled on Jose, then who is an acceptable interim? Would Gus Hiddink fit the bill, Carlo - should we really go back, to go forward. Brendan Rogers supposedly turned down the Swansea job, in the hope that the Blues job becomes available.....yikes!
Hey of it's the silly season, come on board Frank Lampard and see what you can do. No managerial experience, but what the hell. One of the best Blues players ever - surely he would do better than Ramos!
We have a season to recover. Unless we win the Champions League, it looks like mid-table is the best that we can achieve, hoping of course that Scunthorpe do not do to us, what they have done to us in the past and knock us out of the F.A. Cup. What can be done. Roman needs to come out and back Jose to the hilt and say, that he is staying or we fire him now, stop this ridiculous conjecture in the press and appoint a suitable interim coach; but Ramos, please no! Spurs fans must be loving this, as is Andy Carroll and his comments this morning with Chelsea actually a relegation candidate. the frightening thing is, he might actually have a point.
What should be done? When will it be done, if a decision is going to be made? But this conjecture in the press as got me more worried than ever. Juande Ramos, please no, for god's sake no!
