With news that Chelsea have officially submitted their planning permission for our new 60,000 stadium this week, I wanted to show you a before and after image and comparison of the current ground to the proposed new one.
What do you think of it? Looking from above as we see, apart from the demolition of the Hotels and the Fitness Club / Museum, it doesn't look as though much of the site in itself will have an impact to the local residents with the club digging down into the ground to keep the height of the stands the same as they are now.
