Like many people I was firstly disappointed with Diego Costa's reaction to being an unused substitute yesterday. The more I think about it, the more angry I have become.
Diego Costa needs to understand that not one person is bigger than our club. Not Jose Mourinho and not any of the players. The manager is employed to make decisions and sometimes you are not going to like it. To then show such a public display of petulance is just plain childish! For all those playing the Premiership fantasy football game, I would be concerned because if it carries on, he could be sold sooner rather than later.
Costa talks of how hard he has worked to get where he is within the game and there is no question of how hard he has worked. However, he has always championed the team and team work, playing for the team being an important part of that with any awards or trophies won down to every single person playing their part. He has always spoken of the team coming first.
So what of yesterday? It's total bollocks if you ask me. He was dropped because of the tactic Jose wanted to employ and maybe because of their bust up in midweek. Forget the reasoning stated and focus on his goal return recently and it's nowhere near good enough! If you then add to that the fact he seems to look uninterested and his movement is shit at the moment ( which was the cause of the bust-up ) why shouldn't he be dropped??
I just wonder if he has seen Filipe Luis get his own way with a return to Atletico and he wants to follow suit? If I was you, I would head to Bet365 and put your money on him leaving Chelsea this summer! He is still struggling with the language which must be having an effect on relationships in the dressing room. He just does not look like he wants to be here at all!
What do you people think of Costa yesterday and recently? Do you agree with me and feel that he looks like he doesn't want to be here or do you have a different opinion?
If he is not interested he can fuck right off
ReplyDeleteA talented player with a bad attitude is no good. Sell him and close the matter. If he does not change his attitude Jose should not play him just to teach him a lesson. A player needs to have some discipline no matter how big or talented he is. Nowadays the very sight of him pisses me off. BLOODY GOON.
ReplyDeleteHe needs to go. Simple as that. No commitment to the team; purely out for himself. let's get rid!
