Roll up! Roll up it's the Chelsea Sales and you must act quickly because there is only a week or so to go! Come and take your pick and sign one of our Wingers!!
With Chelsea completing the Pedro signing out of the blue last week, it has signalled the end of three of the careers at Chelsea for three of our wingers - Juan Cuadrado, Victor Moses and Marko Marin!
Juan Cuadrado.
We have to be honest here. Pedro produced more in the first ten minutes of his debut on Sunday than Juan Cuadrado had done ever since he had been here. For Cuadrado it's just been a nightmare move to England where he has failed to live up to expectations. No offence to him personally, but he looks like a Duck out of Water and has struggled to come to terms with our game.
Tonight, Cuadrado was spotted waiting at Heathrow for a flight to Italy where he is expected to sign for Juventus. At the moment, it's unclear whether or not it's a loan or permanent move.
Now I like Victor Moses, always have done and this is one player who I would be sad to see leave because I have felt that he has deserved more of a chance than he has been given here.
He is someone who is willing to work hard, someone who is good on the ball, is quick and scores goals and would be an asset to anyone willing to take a chance on him.
That club looks to be West Ham as they look to try and finalise a permanent transfer for a fee of around £7m.
It's such a shame it simply hasn't worked out here for him!
Marko Marin
Who? I hear you ask! Well it's Marko Marin, you know, "The German Messi!"
Well, I challenge every single one of you to show me some moments where he has been because I am damned if I ever saw them!
Marin has suffered the same as Juan Cuadrado - he simply has never come to terms with our game and the challenges you face when you come here from another league.
Some people adapt and fit right in and others never do and Marin has been one of those players.
According to reports, Marin is expected to finalise a transfer to the Turkish side Trabzonspor within days and it comes as no surprise really.
All in all, I would expect around £15m combined for Moses and Marin and hopefully around £20m or so for Cuadrado if we have convinced Juventus to buy him outright.
What do you people think of these three leaving? Do you agree with me that you can understand Cuadrado and Marin but would have liked to have seen Moses given a chance?
