Chelsea to sign £16,1m rated Chilean Midfielder but who is he?

According to numerous reliable sources, Chelsea have agreed to sign Chilean Midfielder Charles Aranguiz for £16.1m and the deal is expected to be confirmed within a matter or days.

Aranguiz is only 26 years of age and is a player that most of the top clubs in Europe have had their eye on. He has been previously described as the following:

 "A crafty, tigerish midfielder of the highest order, notable for his ability to win and distribute the ball, pick out passes and hit the back of the net"
