A simple question Chelsea fans - Would you sell Loic Remy?

Why am I reading reports that a number of Premier League clubs are in for Chelsea striker Loic Remy this summer? Would you sell him?

Granted it's being reported that he wants to play more next season with the European Championships coming up at the end of the season but do you think Jose Mourinho would even consider letting him go?

He is a proven goalscorer and has put the ball in the back of the net time and time again for Chelsea in important moments making a real contribution to our season. When called upon for the most part he delivered so I guess we have to ask ourselves the question that if he was to start week in, week out, just how many goals he would score throughout the season? I personally believe 20+ easily.

I guess you can understand why the likes of Crystal Palace, Southampton and Swansea are all interested as they look to bolster their own options. They could also more or less guarantee regular first team football and with his scoring record particularly in the Premier League, he would prove to be an asset to either of those sides.

So why not here? Well, Diego Costa is our number one as we know and according to reports, we are in for Radamel Falcao who is prepared to accept a pay cut to sign for us. Where would that leave Remy?

I really, really hope that we can hold onto Remy for next season. He will be needed and as we have seen he delivers when required. However, you cannot blame the bloke for wanting to play week in, week out to bolster his chances of being included in the French side for the Euros.

I guess we sit and wait to see what happens. But for now, I am asking the question:

"Would you sell Loic Remy?"
