Do you agree with Jose Mourinho giving the players an extended break?

There has been plenty of raised eyebrows (particularly over at Manchester United) to the fact that Jose Mourinho decided to give his players an extended break this week. Do you agree with it?

First and foremost. it's down to him if he decides to do it and is no one else's business as far as I am concerned!

These players have virtually trained as much as six times a week in addition to playing games since July when pre season started. They are all at peak fitness levels so what difference is two days going to do to them now?

What has sparked all this off has been both Eden Hazard and Willian posting up photos of their mini holidays on Social Media.

I am sure we are going to have comment on this from Louis Van Gaal later today in his press conference ahead of the weekends games. I am sure he will moan and groan as normal but I want to point out something to him and the Manchester United fans here. If United had won their last couple of games after defeat at Chelsea, he wouldn't mention it would he?

Now, Manchester United are looking over their shoulder at Liverpool who now are only four points behind and are still fighting to finish above them for the final Champions League place.

After the hard work, the graft and the relentless nature of our game, I have no problem in the players taking extended holiday this week because they have earned it over the season. Chelsea are Champions and we can do what we like!
