SCHURRLE: "I am happy in London. I love the city, I love the fans."

In the space of seventy-five minutes on Wednesday night, Andre Schurrle has put himself right back in contention for a regular start after struggling for games. He has laughed off suggestions that he is looking to leave Chelsea!

As we have seen in recent weeks, there has been plenty of speculation that Schurrle could be heading back to Germany as part of a deal to bring Marco Reus to Stamford Bridge with some Bundesliga sides looking at him in addition.

In response to these reports, Schurrle has said:

"Of course I can just laugh all the talk of leaving off. I am not going to change the club in the transfer window.

"I am happy where I am, I am happy in London. I love the city, I love the fans. We have a great team and want to win something this season. This is where I belong and where I want to help. I know what the manager wants for me and that he likes me."

Schurrle played really well the other night and scored yet again. He has a real knack for scoring in a Chelsea shirt, especially important goals. You can tell that he loves it here and his quote about the fans and the club is pleasing.

I personally think with Cesc Fabregas missing tomorrow through suspension, Schurrle will come into the side with Oscar dropping deeper next to Matic.

Let's hope he picks up another goal tomorrow and an important three points!
