Chelsea's summer spending complete - Are you happy with our signings?

Jose Mourinho has revealed that Chelsea's spending this summer is complete and as far as Chelsea are concerned, the transfer window closes today. I am wondering if you are as happy as the manager is with our squad?

Speaking to BT Sport, The manager said:

"We finished the market today. The transfer market closes 31 August and we close on July 19. 

My club did a fantastic job, not just because of what we bought, but because we did it in almost record time.


The club did fantastic, we knew the targets, we knew the players and the club attacked them and their clubs at a very early stage.

We got exactly what we need and what we want. The squad is one which I like very much and I look forward to starting the season."

As you all know Chelsea have signed four players during the window this summer, Cesc Fabregas, Diego Costa, Filipe Luis and Mario Pasalic.

In addition, Oriol Romeu has returned from his loan spell in La Liga with Valencia and has signed a new deal, Thibaut Courtois also joins up with the squad for the first time after his three-year stint in Spain, Romelu Lukaku returns after his loan spell at Everton and Marko Marin returns after a season with Sevilla.

Of course let's not forget that there is still plenty of rumour and speculation of the futures of Lukaku, Marin and Mikel and it looks like maybe one or even two of those players will leave the club before the window closes.

So looking at those players who left the club this summer (Ba, Cole, Eto'o, Hilario, Lampard and Luiz) and the new replacements as mentioned before, how do you think Chelsea have done in their summer business? Do you think we have bought well?

For me questions remain over Diego Costa as I stated here the other day, Cesc Fabregas is a fantastic signing and leads me to ask this question of the managers plans now, Pasalic looks like being loaned out for the season and Filipe Luis is a really good signing to come in at left back.
