SUPER SUNDAY: City travel to Liverpool as Chelsea head to Swansea.

By the time Chelsea kick off against Swansea, we would know where we stand in the title race as Liverpool would have played Manchester City and we would know the outcome.

My head tells me that Manchester City will win this afternoon and will win the title. Chelsea need to ensure we finish second above the Anfield club so a City win would give us a chance to move above Liverpool with a win against Swansea. A Liverpool win or a draw would also suit Chelsea but as we all know anything can happen.

As for Chelsea, we need to ensure we treat the game against Swansea with the same importance as PSG in midweek. It's all well and good sitting here look at some permutations about the title race after seeing the result of the Liverpool and City game, but that would mean nothing if Chelsea fail to win.

We know that Eden Hazard is ruled out of the game but we have three players back in Mohamed Salah, Nemanja Matic and Ramires and I expect all three to start.

Chelsea MUST win this one, we cannot afford to drop points no matter what happens in the other game.

I predict a two away wins this afternoon for Manchester City and Chelsea as the Premier League title race takes a major twist once again.
