What do you think of Ryan Betrand's loan move to Aston Villa?

Chelsea have just announced that Ryan Bertrand has joined Aston Villa on loan until the end of the current season and straight away I am thinking this is fantastic move for both parties.

As we have seen, chances here have been limited for Bertrand has he has had to battle Ashley Cole and then Cesar Azpilicueta for a start this season under Jose Mourinho.

I personally believe that Bertrand is still short of being the finished article but now he has a chance of regular football at Premier League standard and I sincerely hope it really works out for him, Villa and for Chelsea!

We have seen Bertrand (like many others) loaned out to sides below Premier League level in the past and has done well. However, there is nothing like playing Premier League football and as long as he gets a run in the side, I believe he will really, really improve!
