OPINION: Based on our current squad, how would YOU improve the team?

Jose Mourinho's comments are making headlines today and especially comments about our squad. Looking at the players we have at our disposal, I am interested to hear how YOU would improve the team?

Whether it's the situation with our defending and conceding goals or our strikers not scoring enough goals, every part of our squad is getting hammered at the moment. Jose being as honest as you would expect from him hasn't helped and has fuelled opinion from anyone who wants to have a pop at us!

Jose said:

"Of course we want the best possible results, but I am not waiting for players, I am not asking for players. This is a period for the club and this is a period of my team where we have to try and improve the players we have and try to build a future.

It is my squad. For good and for bad it is my squad. Of course it is not the perfect squad, but it is my squad and I work with them until the last day. To criticise does not help me. What do I win by criticising my players? I win nothing."

Based on his comments, it looks like no one is coming into the club in the January transfer window so, with this in mind and by looking at ALL the players we have at our disposal, I was wondering how YOU would go about improving the starting eleven?

Would you change the formation from 4-2-3-1 to a 4-3-3 or 4-4-2?

How about adopting a more defensive approach to the game to make sure we do not concede first and foremost, to base our style on solid foundations?
