Talk about go overboard! I guess these days it's expected after Chelsea lose a game! According to the report, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is prepared to sell up to EIGHT of his current squad!
The report states that this will happen in the next two transfer windows as he puts his stamp on the current squad he has inherited at the the beginning of the season. Two of the biggest names the report links with exit from Chelsea are of course David Luiz and Juan Mata!
It's easy to focus on the negative after Chelsea lose a game but hopefully tonight the players will deliver a performance and a result that should put us back on track and in winning ways again.
The media and the press are always speculating about Chelsea ever since Roman Abramovich took over and spent money at the club. There isn't a period of a couple of weeks without Chelsea being linked with players coming in or leaving.
David Luiz and Juan Mata are being linked with moves away because the two of them have been in and out of the team so I guess its easy for them to speculate.
All I would do in this instance is remember exactly what Jose Mourinho has said about them both and it seems that at the moment, he has no intention of selling either one of them and hopefully that will remain the case!
As we know anything can happen in football but to me, this report is way off the mark!
