Joachim Low talks up Schurrle's move to Chelsea.

I asked you all the question yesterday if Andre Schurrle's performances for Chelsea have been overlooked by the press and media in relation to the difficulties that Juan Mata and Kevin De Bruyne have faced at Chelsea so far this season. Now, Joachim Low has added his voice to Schurrle and believes his move to Chelsea has seen the player grow in stature.

He said:

"I told him recently that last year I wasn't very happy with his development, But now, in some games with us and in England, he has shown again what he can do.

He is dynamic, works back well and has a strong finish. His physical strength was also always an issue, but he has worked well. If he continues to play like that, the World Cup will certainly not pass him by."

As I said yesterday, Schurrle has the trust of Mourinho and you could see by the embrace the two of them had after his involvement down the left wing for the Ramires goal in Bucharest.

Everything seems to be going to plan so far for Schurrle. Let's hope he can keep it going all season!
