I will be a little intimidated. After all, he's Mourinho.

With the appointment of Jose Mourinho, it will be interesting to see his approach and how the players who have never played for him before take to him. With the amazing talent we have at club it will be interesting to see how each of them develop and play a part of his new Chelsea.

Eden Hazard is one of those players and he has spoken of the return of 'The Special One" to the club and potential new signings this summer.

He said:

'He's a mystical coach, who is always being talked about. It will be a pleasure to have a coach like him, especially as everybody says it will be a very good thing for me.

Of course, on the first day, I will be a little intimidated. After all, he's Mourinho. But after that, he will just be my coach. After all, he's a human being with two arms and two legs.

Maybe there will be some transfer activity, because there are always names, especially with Chelsea. Everybody knows Abramovich and the club. They have bought many players. You are never sure of your place in the team.

You have to be 100 per cent always. Even if there are no incoming transfers, you still have to be like that, and it keeps you on your toes.'

I cannot wait to see the impact Jose Mourinho will have on the likes of Hazard, Mata and Oscar here. As we know, Jose is all about man managing his players to get the best out of them. If he can do that successfully with these three and people like Fernando Torres, Chelsea really can go to the next level and put a realistic title challenge.
