So after reaching our THIRD European final in SIX years, our focus now turns to Premier League Champions Manchester United and Old Trafford this Sunday. The question is, can Chelsea go there and re-produce their second half FA Cup performance and grab an all important three points?
The priority for our football club is the Premier League and we cannot afford to drop any points at Old Trafford. With Tottenham at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday, this has become a pivotal four days for our future and to put it bluntly, failure is not an option!
So how do we approach the game? Who should start and who from the team that started last night keeps their place?
Would you start with an experienced eleven including John Terry and Frank Lampard or would you start without them and focus on pace in the side?
Would you keep Fernando Torres in the side now he looks like a different player or, do you bring Demba Ba back into the fold?
Questions remain over Sir Alex and his United eleven for Sunday now they are unable to beat our points record in the Premier League. Will he rotate his players to give people who haven't started as much a game?
One thing is certain. This game means more to Chelsea and the race for Champions League qualification next season and we MUST get the balance right.
So who do YOU think should start against United on Sunday?
For me, I would start with the following eleven:
Cech, Azpilicueta, Cahill, Terry(c), Cole, Luiz, Ramires, Oscar, Mata, Hazard and Torres.
What do you think?
Carefree & KTBFFH!
