Team News

With two games in four days this past week, the Chelsea squad has been stretched to the limit but the good news is that Ashley Cole and Gary Cahill returned to training on Friday. Their return bolsters the squad and gives Rafa Benitez plenty of options. Marko Marin hasn't trained after picking up a knock a week or so ago and Oriol Romeu remains a long term absentee.

Form

Chelsea's form had been good but the defeat to Manchester City at Wembley a week ago hit us hard as we never got going for 45 minutes!. However, we picked ourselves up against Fulham and took a much needed three points.

Head-to-head

Chelsea against Liverpool is always a game we look for. Often eventful and full of incident, these games are never dull.

Chelsea haven't beaten Liverpool in our last five encounters and have only managed to beat them twice in twelve attempts. I sincerely hope this changes on Sunday.
