After three points on Saturday and the notable absence of Roman Abramovich at Stamford Bridge at the weekend, the press have moved into overdrive with all sorts of speculation as to the future of Rafa Benitez.

Most of us have been surprised with the lack of reaction to his rant at the supporters and the board last week from the club and even though a "Chelsea insider" claimed it was business as usual, I can't help but think that the club are aware of the danger of us missing out on the top four this season.

One report that is "doing the rounds" in the written press this morning links Chelsea with a Guus Hiddink style move for Fabio Capello who is currently managing the Russian National team.

So what of Capello and if this story does indeed have substance, would bringing him in as a temporary fix be the answer to Chelsea's current problems?

With a reputation of being a disciplinarian, could it be that Roman has had more than enough of so called player power within the dressing room and he wants to get someone link Capello in to sort everyone out and to "shape up or ship out"?.

Capello will be more than familiar with John Terry, who he stood by during the whole drama surrounding John Terry's England Captaincy, Ashley Cole and Frank Lampard from his time as England Manager. You would have to believe that he would have their almost immediate support and backing which could be pivotal in the future of our season.

As for the supporters? It would be interesting to canvas the opinion of Chelsea fans all over the world on Capello and how you would take to him as manager if these reports are true and he comes in?

I personally would like to see someone like Capello come in and give the players a kick up the arse because there are in no way exempt from blame for our season. I can have a moan and a rant about Benitez and his failings as a manager here but, it's no coincidence that these players also cost Roberto Di Matteo his job this season.

Now our backs are up against the wall, the players need to pull their socks up, take some responsibility and get our season back on track and with Capello there would be no excuses because he wouldn't accept anything less!

I am all for Capello coming in if the rumours are true. What about you?
