Middlesborough v Chelsea: Who should start for Chelsea?

Tonight Chelsea take on Middlesborough in our delayed FA Cup fifth round fixture and we need to win this one. Rafa Benitez has confirmed that both Gary Cahill and Cesar Azpilicueta are unavailable for this one so I am wondering who YOU the Chelsea fan reading this, thinks should start?

It's sounds ridiculous to say it but anything other than a win would be a disaster!. A defeat could signal the end of Rafa and a draw would add to our already packed fixture list and it's something we could do without. So, we need to approach the game in the right way and put in a professional performance with one eye on West Brom at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

So who starts this one? For me John Terry (as posted earlier today) needs to be starting every game now. If he has issues with his knee, we need to manage him and his fitness so he is ready to play every game or at least every Premier League game between now and the end of the season.

With Azpilicueta also out, expect Ivanovic to continue at right back. The rest of the places in the side are up for grabs but I would like to see the following starting eleven:

...and with our bench that should include: Hilario, Ake, Cole, Ramires, Mata, Hazard and BA if we need them!
