I keep saying to the Chelsea fans I speak to, Football is as much about man managing your players as it is being tactically aware if you w...

You look around the Premier League these days and you see managers that literally get the best out of what they have to work with. People like Harry Redknapp, look at what he did with Tottenham. He took them from being bottom of the league into the top four and Champions League football.
Look at David Moyes at Everton. He works on a shoestring budget but gets the best out of his players and will be pushing for a top six finish this season in the Premier League which will be a fantastic achievement once again.
The problem is that it seems that Roman Abramovich will not take a chance on one of these two but looks for a continental manager with experience of Champions League football or top level management.
There is a saying that you get what you pay for in life and to a point I can understand why Abramovich goes out there and has appointed people he has in the past but surely this time he had a chance to try and get one of those two to come in and have a real crack at winning the Premier League?
The ultimate man manager in my eyes is Jose Mourinho who has literally been there and done it in every single country he has managed. It's no fluke or coincidence, Mourinho knows how to get the best out of every single one of his players in his squad and you hardly ever hear anyone say a bad thing about him.
Chelsea need someone like Mourinho, Redknapp or Moyes to come in this summer and man manage the players to get the best out of them and our football team. Di Matteo did it last season when he took over. Within weeks of his appointment, he had the group together, playing for him and each other and look where it took us.
We look at our Chelsea team now and this past weekend at West Ham for example and you can see where things were going wrong and we were losing our battles all over the pitch, we needed a man manager there to get hold of his players, talk to them, evaluate the situation and work with them to find a solution. That never happened on Saturday.
To me Benitez has come here for himself being back into the game and into the big time to put himself in the shop window. He doesn't care about Chelsea and the players must know that. They know that he is just a "temporary fix" and it isn't helping anyone.
For the most part, Roman Abramovich has made the right decisions at the right time for the good of Chelsea and has always had the right response. Surely he knows that in Benitez he has made the wrong one.
Rafael Benitez is not the man manager Chelsea need at the helm to get the best out of the players Roman and the board have provided to work with.
We need someone like Mourinho, Redknapp or David Moyes to come in and get this club and the football team back on track ASAP!

I couldn't disagree with ur views. Rafa is only there 4 the money. He has no heart for the club and only wants to put himself in the shop window. No matter how much he tries to deny it fans and players will see through it
