Chelsea need to pick themselves up yet again this season starting with a trip to Leeds on Wednesday night, just days after returning home from Japan. The question is, how will Chelsea manage the players with the Jet Lag from the different time zones and who will be ready to face Leeds?
Right now, as it stands, the League Cup is Chelsea's best chance of silverware this season and we need to take this game seriously. Forget the Premier League, Europa League and FA Cup for now, this is the next trophy up for grabs and could bring the squad that winning mentality we so desperately need.
It's going to be a full house at Elland Road, a hostile atmosphere with side who will do everything they can do make it difficult for us so I hope that Rafa Benitez puts out a strong Chelsea team.
So Chelsea fans around the world, I am asking YOU to give your opinions. Who do you think should start this one to give us the best chance of beating Leeds?
Remember Mikel and Ramires are suspended and so now is Gary Cahill after being sent off against Corinthians yesterday. John Terry could be available for this one but as we know Oriol Romeu is out for the season.
With that in mind, I would like Rafa to select the following starting eleven:
Cech, Azpilicueta, Bertrand, Luiz, Ivanovic, Lampard, Oscar, Marin, Mata, Hazard, Torres.
