Speculation is rife that Fernando Torres will be left out of the starting eleven by Roberto Di Matteo ahead of Chelsea's crunch group game with Juventus.
It's a game Chelsea simply cannot afford to lose and if anything to remain in with a shout of winning the group, need to win.
Torres has received plenty of stick from all corners of the press and the media and some of the Chelsea fans are beginning to turn on him. Questions remain until tomorrow night when RDM confirms his starting eleven but in such a big big game, can we afford to leave him out?
I for one have been and remain a Torres supporter and do not agree with all this talk of selling up and bringing in a replacement. Chelsea fans - some of whom play bingo – tend to rely on Lady Luck, but the Torres decision should not be left to happenstance.
Fernando Torres needs to focus on playing solely through the middle and to stay there to be as good as we all know he can be. We do not want to see him out wide!
So, will RDM decide to go with Danny Sturridge up front or will he stick with Torres tomorrow night?
What do you think?
Carefree & KTBFFH!
Torres will get his chance, but not tomorrow!!
ReplyDeleteDanny was dangerous, though still upsetting, throughout yesterday's game and DESERVES TO START
Torres should play instead of Sturridge because of experience and besides Torres will be too handful for the Juve defenders.but Torres should play as a pointman and a 18-yards box player sot a wide player or playmaker. An unfit Torres is better than a fit but wasteful Stud ge
