Terry and Cole injured - Who replaces them at QPR?

With news that John Terry and Ashley Cole are both out of England's game against the Ukraine tonight I am hoping that both will be fit to take on QPR at Loftus Road this weekend. However, we have to face up to the situation as it is at the moment and the possibility that they may not make the game on Saturday. So who replaces them?

Ryan Bertrand is the natural replacement for Cole so that is the first question answered. Replacing John Terry however, is a different story.

Two from three with David Luiz, Branislav Ivanovic and Gary Cahill all under consideration and the decision as to who starts in the middle has a direct effect on the right back position.

Do we bring Ivanovic in next to Cahill or Luiz? Do we continue with Cahill and Luiz and should Cesar Azpilicueta get his first start?

For me, I would go with Azpilicueta at right back, stick Ivanovic next to Cahill and Bertrand on the left.
