One thing is for sure about the game at the Emirates tomorrow, it will be a very different game to what Chelsea and Arsenal fans are used to. This is a game that should have the neutrals salivating at the prospect.
Chelsea fans have been used to the Drogba effect against the Arsenal. He has had success against them whenever he has played and has been a thorn in their side throughout like most sides he has come up against. Drogba without question was Chelsea's number one.
Last season, Robin Van Persie and the Arsenal side took Chelsea apart at Stamford Bridge on his way to finishing top scorer in the Premier League. Van Persie without question was Arsenal's number one.
Both players have moved on and it now appears for both clubs the focus is on the team and the playing style. Arsenal have been renowned for their passing game and with the addition of Santi Cazorla, they now have the man to unlock the door and to create something out of nothing.
I'd like to think that non Chelsea fans look at us this season with the signings we have made and see us as an exciting, entertaining team. Juan Mata was the start of something different last term and with the additions of Eden Hazard, Oscar, Marko Marin and Victor Moses, Chelsea are now a totally different proposition to face than they have been during the Drogba era.
I am really looking forward to the game and believe it really has all the makings of being a classic. Both sides will not set their stall out to defend but to attack and create and we could see plenty of goals tomorrow.
One thing for sure, you can throw the form in previous meetings out of the window ahead of the game. These two teams are very different this season to what people are used to and I believe it's an exciting time for both clubs.
So who of the entertainers will come out on top tomorrow? Who will have more influence on the game, Mata or Cazorla?
Only time will tell.
