Chelsea v Bayern Munich - This is our moment!

So this is it! This is what it has all come down to with Bayern Munich in their home ground, playing on their own turf, standing between us and Champions League glory.

It's a game non of us thought we would ever see this season thinking back to three months ago. It's a game the world never expected to see when the semi finals were about to take place but like I say, here we are.

I think even the most biased of Chelsea supporters know deep down that this game could do either way, it's too close to call. Both sides have a 50-50 chance of winning and becoming European Champions and losing and going home with nothing.

It's games like tonight where you need you not only your big players, but everyone and my god that's been the case for Chelsea ever since that night in Naples.

We've dug in, we've worked hard and we have earned the right to take out place in the Champions League Final for the second time in five years and for this group of players, it's do or die.

Bayern Munich have also earned the right to be here and must not be taken lightly. The front four that is due to start tonight is world class and can cause any side in the world problems. Chelsea need to be solid at the back and luckily it looks like Cahill and Luiz will step into the breach.

We need to dig in again at times tonight and stop Bayern's attacks. At times it will be like the Nou Camp, but as long as we keep our discipline and our defensive shape, they should find it hard to break us down.

As for attacking Bayern, I have studied them over recent weeks and have identified their weakness at the back. Chelsea need to exploit it every single time we break on a counter attack. Make no mistake, Bayern will be more than worried about us and in particular Didier Drogba.

Up against a makeshift centre back pairing in defence for the Germans, could Didier Drogba give us yet another big big performance tonight in yet another final? We all hope so!.

This game tonight is quite simply about the occasion and who handles it the better. You cannot afford to carry anyone out of the 11 players on that pitch. It's an occasion with the whole world watching and It's an occasion for players to stand up, be brave and perform.

Come on Chelsea, be brave, stand up and perform and bring this trophy back to the Bridge!
