OK people, time to get back to the reality of the Premier League and the situation we find ourselves in, chasing for fourth place.
This Sunday, Chelsea take on QPR at Stamford Bridge and will be looking for a massive three points to keep the pressure on Tottenham and Newcastle above us with Newcastle coming to the Bridge next Wednesday.
We all know what happened in the first game at Loftus Road (and has happened since) when we lost 1-0 and finished the game with just nine men on the pitch. We lost the game that day, but we somehow managed to outplay Rangers in the second half and should have equalised through Nico Anelka but he headed the ball straight to Paddy Kenny from 8 yards out!.
Chelsea then travelled to Loftus Road again on our way to the FA CUP Final and won the game 1-0.
Alot has happened to both clubs since that day and on Sunday, two different managers will go head to head and both with different agenda's.
For Rangers, after Bolton winning at Villa on Tuesday and with a game in hand on them, they are in a relegation battle and will look to Sunday to come here and win the game. The thing is their home form is good as they have beaten both Arsenal and Spurs recently, but away isn't good.
Chelsea however are on a roll under Roberto Di Matteo and he has lost just once in fifteen games in all competitions. After the drawing away at Arsenal last weekend 0-0 and being before Barcelona, Di Matteo decided to make eight changes to the starting eleven. I think there will be changes to Sunday but I couldn't tell you how many.
It's a game for both sides to get out there and win and will be another classic London derby.
The question is, who plays? Who do you think starts the game for Chelsea and why?
For me, I would go with the following team bearing in mind we have Newcastle at home three days later:
Cech, Bosingwa, Mikel, Terry, Betrand, Essien, Lampard, Mata, Ramires, Sturridge, Torres.
What do you think?
