Roman Abramovich has had an "interesting" few days being back at Cobham hasn't he. Being present for the most part last week and taking an interest in training, to then watch the performance we gave on Saturday at Goodison and to then hear the Manager speak of not preparing the team properly must have been a real eye opener.
If I was the owner I would struggle with that statement from AVB, as supporters I think we all did knowing that he had been preparing the side with Roman there watching and listening to him say that.
Abramovich would have then seen first hand, the reported training ground bust up on Sunday as AVB cancelled the players day off and called them into Cobham for a bollocking. He would have also seen how the players "reportedly" reacted to AVB and gave him the same back!.
Alot is made of how much money Abramovich spends on Chelsea and managers in particular but we have to remember that he is doing it for the good of club, no one is bigger.
So after everything that has happened over the last few days, you have to wonder what Roman intends to do. I like many of you, would not have been surprised to hear of another managerial casualty at Chelsea this week but it hasn't happened so far.
However, with "reports" from so called "Chelsea sources" some of the established players have called for Roman to act and re-appoint Guus Hiddink to save our season but, it's being reported that Anzhi Makhachkala have offered Hiddink a massive £8m a year contract to take over as their manager and want an answer by the end of the week!.
Roman knows we are at our lowest point, he has seen first hand the tension at the training ground and would have watched certain performances from Chelsea this season and sees that we are a team struggling and a team that could potentially miss out on Champions League football this season.
He has invested in AVB, he wants him to take us forward and at the moment with two big games coming up in the FA CUP and Champions League, we have a chance (slim of course) of winning them. If we lose both ties we literally have no silverware yet again and could find ourselves without European football for the first time in years. This would have a major effect on our finances and attracting players to our club.
What will Roman do? Does he stick or does he twist?

there is only one thing that needs to be done. Let us all support the coach.he has all the qualities of a good mordern coach.i believe, this is one of the best thing that is going to happen to chelsea in time to come.the road to great success is as easy as we think. Abramovich and the chelsea board did great by employing this young coach. Now here are the problem of the chelsea team. Chelsea team has One problem, just once, which is DISRESPECT. The reason why clubs like barca, maldrid, man u,and most especially spurs are having results, is because the players do play according to coaches instructions, that is respect. And unless there is this respect in chelsea,no matter the coach you bring,in the short run, there will always be this same problem.now some players' influence like lampard, drogba, terry, etc are bigger than the coach, and for that they have 60% say about how the team needs to play. They feel they are too big for the coach to tell what to do. Yes,this is reality. Let us see things this way,if players like ronaldinho, Eto, Toure yaya, were to be in barca by now,do you really think, barca would have made half of the success they had now with the young coach?or lets take man u, or spurs.look at man city when players like Teves, Bellamy, things were not going fine, infact, they gives other players the room to misbehave. Now what is the solution for chelsea?i know we all have our views and opinions, but truthfully, this is the BEST, AND ONLY FINAL SOLUTION {NO MATTER THE CONSEQUENCES} to chelsea's problem. RELEASE ALL PLAYERS THAT THREATENS THE COACH'S AUTHORITY. Players like drogba, lampard, malouda, etc even sturridge who now thinks he is too big. And then picture chelsea. In football, where there is no RESPECT AND COOPERATION THERE WONT BE SUCCESS. Andrew edirime +2348127216644
