Who is the second signing AVB is talking about?

So AVB speaks of Cahill and one possible other signing, dependant on value for money in this window which leads me to ask "Who is the second signing?".

You do have to wonder who it would be coming into the club as we have to consider the players who are due to be leaving or reported as doing so as early as this month or the end of the season when their contracts expire.

We have lost Nico Anelka who if anything, could no longer be described as a striker at the club but more of a winger, Alex has had a transfer request accepted, we have had Florent Malouda moaning about not playing enough games and then changing his tune, we have the constant speculation surrounding the future of Didier Drogba and added to that Salomon Kalou being linked with a move away.

So coming in, we know about Cahill and are sitting here waiting for the deal to be confirmed, we are hearing that Chelsea are being linked with players such as Higuain, Di Maria, Moutinho, Perreira, Hulk, Falcao, Kevin De Bruyne and Demba Ba but who would realistically come here in this window?.

For me, it HAS TO BE a winger or someone that can play that role so immediately you think of Hulk and his relationship with AVB but can we honestly see Chelsea paying the 84m Euros to release him from his contract?

If not Hulk, then I would say maybe Kevin DeBruyne who recently was quoted as saying that a move to Chelsea would be a done deal at the end of the season. I just wonder if AVB wanted to bring a move forward..

The benefit of bringing in a winger to Chelsea would free up all sorts of possibilities for AVB. It would mean having the option of moving Juan Mata inside, or providing backup for Mata and Sturridge if they are unavailable.

With Michael Essien making his comeback, things are becoming a little crowded in our midfield now but, I can't see anyone being shown the door unless, he sees Essien as a holding midfielder and Mikel finds himself surplus to requirements now at the Bridge.

So for me, it would be a winger IF one is available. What about you people? Based on the fact AVB is talking of just two players coming in, who do you think the second one will be and who do you think it should be?
