Finally, a new right back!

It's been a problem of Chelsea's ever since Jose Mourinho decided to drop Paulo Ferreira from that position back in the day. Think of the names we have had playing there: Geremi, Diarra, Del Horno, Bosingwa and Ivanovic and still no one has put down a marker and made the position their own.

Branislav Ivanovic did to a certain extent but was never truly happy playing there. Jose Bosingwa is probably one of the best right backs pushing forward or at least up their with the best but his defensive ability leaves alot to be desired, just ask Alan Hansen!!.

Well it seems that AVB has joined the list of managers who remain unconvinced and has decided that the right back position is one of the areas that needs attention and has his eye on Marseille right-back Cesar Azpilicueta, a Spanish International rated at around £12m.

I have to be honest, I haven't heard of him and know nothing about him but if AVB has an eye on him he must have something about him.

Do any of you guys know about him and can give us your opinions?
