We need a big night tonight from the players on that pitch and from YOU the supporters in the stands. That's the message from AVB and is he exactly right!

The fans can have a massive impact against Valencia. They have to unite themselves.

I have good memories of top European nights at this club and I know the atmosphere that can be raised here.

If they respond just like we did when we beat Barcelona 4-2 in 2005, we would have the right ambience to take on Valencia."

Do you remember those nights? It's still sends a shiver down my spine thinking about it, I even have goosebumps sitting here writing this now. When I think about the night against Barcelona when we won 4-2, beating Liverpool when Lampard scored THAT pen shortly after the death of his mother and even the 4-4 against Liverpool, they really were fantastic nights based on the what happened on the pitch and the atmosphere created in the stands.

Chelsea fans get some stick about being quiet. We have the fantastic supporters in the Shed End Upper and the Matthew Harding that get it all going every single game at the Bridge but tonight we need all of you to get involved.

Let's make Stamford Bridge the hostile, intimidating place that teams used to dread coming to again. Let's really give it everything tonight as the players and the manager need us!

We're counting on you Chelsea fans! Get behind the boys for 90 minutes and hopefully we will hear "One step beyond" booming out on the PA System afterwards!
