LUIZ: "I hope to get to play again very soon".

One person (apart from long injured absentee Michael Essien) has been missing this season and that's David Luiz. He has been injured at the start of this season and is back in training and raring to go again. He is due to be involved from Brazil on Monday and has said he cannot wait to get back playing for Chelsea.

Speaking of Chelsea here he said:

"I didn't want to get injured, but these things happen in football. I'm missing playing in the Premier League so much and I hope I get to play again very soon. It's very frustrating when you're hurt because you want to be out there. Everybody wants to work, especially when you love your job.

Of course, when it's the coach's decision for me not to play it's very frustrating too, but you always want to get better as quickly as possible when you're injured.

To play in a great team you have to have a great mentality to overcome all the difficulties. Chelsea are a great team and always enter every competition to win. I'm sure we're going to do our very best to win the championship back from Manchester United.

For me, I am playing in the best and greatest league in the world. It is the most difficult and has great matches. I am very happy to play in the Premier League and I'm sure many people would agree with me.

It was a natural thing for me to come to England because Chelsea made sure I only had to worry about playing football. Things happened naturally and I've adapted totally. Everything has been very good and individually the move has been great for me."

I personally can't wait to see him back in the side again asap. His reading of the game is something we have missed. In the short time he has been at Chelsea he has made numerous interceptions and taken us from being on the back foot, to the front foot to get a counter attack started and that's something we have been missing. His distribution of the ball also is good.

I think for me anyway, even though Bosingwa has done well so far this season, I would prefer Luiz next to JT and Ivanovic at right back.

Like I said I can't wait for Luiz to get back on that pitch in a Chelsea shirt once again and I know I have posted this video before, but I love it and it's reminds us all of what we have missed this season.
