YOU ARE NOW VILLAS-BOAS. WHO LEAVES CHELSEA?

So Andre Villas-Boas "starts work" straight away and he will begin with evaluating the squad we have at the moment at Chelsea. Because of having the knowledge of the club from his time here working with Jose Mourinho before, he will be well aware of the qualities of Cech, Terry, Essien, Lampard and Drogba.

However, he has some big big decisions ahead of him in the coming weeks. He MUST begin to rejuvenate Chelsea and form a team and squad that represents HIS beliefs.

For too long now, Chelsea have been labelled as being Jose Mourinho's side and that could be key in the decisions AVB makes by the end of the transfer window.

Will he make major drastic decisions to get rid of established names? It's obvious that Roman Abramovich backs him because he has paid £13.3m to buy him so does that also mean that AVB will have a free reign to rebuild Chelsea or will we see only a couple of players leave the club and just one or two come in?

So this leads me to today's question this lunchtime to all the Chelsea fans reading this blog post:

If you are Andre Villas-Boas and you start working at the club now, who would you get rid of now ahead of the new season?

Before you answer, you have to remember what happened last season. We saw established names leave the club and we suffered with a lack of squad depth. In addition to that, we HAVE to be challenging for the title and Champions League. So consider that and post your comments below.
