IT'S HIDDINK!!

Well it's not yet confirmed but I am 90% certain that it will be after his latest comments this week. I posted earlier in the week about him stating that he could combine both roles as a club manager and a national coach once more as he did when he took over at Stamford Bridge while he was manager of Russia. However, these new comments to me anyway, rubber stamp the fact that he is coming back as our new manager.

"I never told anybody that I was going to continue working with Turkey. I feel energetic and I like working every day and I feel I need to do more, so a club role is more preferable than coaching a national team.

I haven't told the president of the Turkish FA. But he is an intelligent man and I'm sure he follows the world's football media. There is no official offer yet so I cannot guarantee anything yet."

Read his comments again and tell me otherwise!. The fact he has said that he has never said he wanted to continue with Turkey and the President of the Turkish FA should have read all the speculation!

Knowing he has been an advisor at Chelsea for two years, I have to say the air of uncertainty about Chelsea and what will happen this summer is slowly turning into excitement and anticipation ahead of pre season.

People!, Expect confirmation either over the weekend or the beginning of next week! I would love to say "you heard it here first" but I think it's safe to say it's been the worst kept secret of the summer so far hasn't it!.

So, bearing in mind Hiddinks comments how do you feel now that we are more or less certain to have him here as manager for next season?
