The news that we didn't want to hear came out in the press on Friday. AC Milan and their president Silvio Berlusconi has come out and admitted that Kaka is more than welcome to return to the San Siro and if he wanted to come back, would be "Welcomed with open arms!".
Typical, just as Chelsea seem to get an advantage and look to get their man (if reports are to be believed) his old club step in. Apparently the rumour is that Milan are looking to splash some big money around this summer and would be more than willing to spend big on the Brazilian.
With the likes of Robinho and Pato already there, it could seem appealing to Kaka to return to the club but one thing is missing and that's Carlo Ancelotti.
It's because of the relationship between the two that I still feel that we are the favourites to sign him in the summer.

It would be a crazy move, totally crazy. He would join an ever growing list of overpriced flops. Shevchenko, zhirkov and Torres.
ReplyDeleteLet Man City be the ones getting ripped off!
On another note, read today that Avram Grant is in the frame to be our new director of football. If that happens I'll be handing back my season ticket!
Kaka WAS a great player, Shevchenko WAS a great player, they both had serious knee injuries and are NOT the same now. Torres also had a bad injury seems to have lost pace and has yet to convince although with a pre season i still think will be a success. When will the club and some chelsea fans realise where we are going wrong. It would be a ridiculous signing, Man United would never sign Kaka, he is just another name that is nearer to the end of his carreer than the beginning, We need pace in our team. Sign Aguero, sanchez, a world class right back, snieder plus give josh a run, sell anelka malouda and bosingwa DO NOT SIGN KAKA!!
ReplyDeletebosingwa. DO NOT SIGN KAKA!
