"It gives Chelsea a major chance now"

Sir Alex Ferguson, realising his blew his chance yesterday after losing to Arsenal, especially after speaking of not worrying about anybody else as long as you win your games, has accepted the fact that Chelsea are now right back in this title race after being written off by everyone, including me!

Chelsea's form has been outstanding and surely the momentum is with us as we make the trip to United on Sunday knowing that United have to play in midweek.

Speaking after the game yesterday at the Emirates, Fergie took his chance to start some mind games ahead of this weekends crunch fixture. He said:

"It gives Chelsea a major chance now - and that's what happens when you get these decisions. It's too big a game not to get the decisions right. But in terms of ability and a game at Old Trafford the supporters will be ready for it - and so will our players.

We have a big week ahead. Wednesday is a European semi-final second leg and then the game on Sunday, so two massive games. We are in as good a position as you could ever wish for at the start of the season - semi-final of the European Cup, second leg, two-goal lead and go into a home game on Sunday level on goal difference

Is it me or is Sir Alex worried? To think at half time at Stamford Bridge they were sitting 18 points ahead of Chelsea!.
