"They’re not posers, they’re a strong side"

I am taking you back to yesterday for this blog post and to Matthew Etherington of Stoke. Speaking after the game he only had good things to say about Chelsea and the total opposite to that of Robin Van Persie the other day.

Van Persie moaned that Chelsea were like Barcelona in moaning and nagging on the pitch. Etherington couldn't be any different. Etherington said:

“There’s a lot of respect for Chelsea, without a doubt. They are a big strong side. They can take the rough stuff and they can give it out as well. A few tackles went in on their lads and they got straight back up, just like we do. They’re not posers, they’re a strong side and they’re coming good at the right time for the Champions League.”
