Pick the team for West Brom but Alex and Ramires are out!.

Carlo has given his press conference today ahead of West Brom and has revealed that Alex and Ramires will not be involved in the game with muscle problems that require a few days rest. He said:

We have two little problems with Alex and Ramires, they will not be involved in the game tomorrow, They have a little muscle problem, so for two or three days they have to stay off and they come back for Birmingham.

Obviously it is not an easy time because after the defeat it is not easy to move on but I think it is a good opportunity to measure our mentality, our strength and our character and it will be important to move on quickly with a reaction tomorrow.

It is a very important game against a team with strong quality and new management, they are doing very well and it will be a good step for us, not just for the result but obviously we want to reach the first four places in the Premier League but to measure our character and personality and how we are able to move on from the defeat on Tuesday.

In these seven games we have to try to win all seven games.
